These terms govern your use of TRaViS, a product of Seron Security, Inc. By using the service or signing an order, you agree to them. Please read §3 (authorized use) closely — it's the one that matters most for a security tool.
These Terms, together with any order form or written agreement you sign, form the contract between you ("Customer") and Seron Security, Inc. ("TRaViS"). If you use TRaViS on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
TRaViS provides External Attack Surface Management — discovering exposed assets, credentials, and infrastructure, prioritized with AI guidance and supported by our security team. Features vary by plan as described at sign-up.
You may only submit domains and assets that you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions before requesting a scan. You will not use TRaViS to assess, probe, or attack third-party systems without authorization, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe this clause is being breached.
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Multi-factor authentication is required. Notify us promptly of any suspected compromise.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, reselling without a partner agreement, interfering with the platform, or using it to violate law or third-party rights. Beyond §3, you won't use outputs to harm others.
You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service per our Privacy Policy, protect it as described on our Trust & Security page, and keep your confidential information confidential. We don't sell your data.
TRaViS, including the platform, models, and brand, remains our property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Reports we generate are yours to use internally and with your auditors/regulators.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. However, no security tool finds everything, and TRaViS is provided "as is" without warranty that it will identify every exposure or prevent every incident. You remain responsible for your security decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each party's aggregate liability is limited as set out in your order form (typically the fees paid in the prior 12 months). Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You'll indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of §3 (authorized use) or your unlawful use of the service.
The subscription runs for the term in your order. Either party may terminate for material, uncured breach. On termination, your access ends and we'll delete or return your data on request, subject to legal retention.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the courts located there — unless your signed order specifies otherwise.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
